Our Service Levels

Kingdom Data Recovery are proud of the fact that we are able to complete work within a quick time and also provide an excellent service.

We have two service levels which you can take advantage of, the first is a Standard service which we will endeavour to complete the work within 5 working days. The other is our Emergency service which we offer; we will look to complete a job within 24/48 hours including weekends.

Here is a list of features we carry out regardless of the service level

  • Free Diagnosis
  • Cloning of all media before commencing the recovery process
  • Provide a file list of all the data that can be recovered in a file and folder structure
  • Secure storage of the recovered data 14 days after dispatch
  • Free storage media for any recovery under 30Gb

The Standard Service

The Standard service is for situations were cost is more critical than timescale. We can usually complete a standard recovery service with 5 to 7 working days, sometimes sooner depending on the circumstance.

The Emergency Service

The Emergency service is designed for clients that need their data ASAP. This service does cost more but KDR will work around the clock to ensure your data is back with you in the shortest possible time. This includes

  • Priority service, we endeavor to have the job completed within 24/48 hours of receiving the faulty item
  • Dedicated phone number
  • Direct access to the technician
  • Upload of urgent data to our web servers for immediate download (subject to data size)

Please note that these times are based on the most common issues with faulty storage media, we will advise further on timescales after the diagnostic process should more time be required.
